reputation repair - get #1 google down to page 2 or 3

I am looking for a pro w/ some blackhat kung fu to get a negative website to page 2 or 3. White hat methods haven't done it. It is really a short 2 paragraph article dating back ten years ago. Still ranks #2 or #3.
