Hello... been a long time lurker, first time poster.

I am curious to find out if anyone has had success with targeting negative listings in Google with spam links to get a particular page delisted based solely on spam links?

For example, using SEnuke and push a ton of one specific KW to a specific URL, and have that URL either removed from Google or pushed down to page 2, 3, 4, etc. If not, are there other techniques you would suggest in testing.

My follow up question is just doing some more white hat SEO and building up high authoritative profiles (person reputation here) and then pushing white hat links to those profiles and anyones thoughts on building an effective solution there.

Thanks in advance for you help!

Better off developing some new first page sites, on different servers, IP's and domain names.. And do what it takes to push it to page 2, 3, 4, etc.

Google isn't dumb. Many people have tried to "demote website rankings by spam links"... However, don't think Google hasn't thought about this and they could actually have "spam links" removed if done by a third party trying to discredit something.

    Best of luck,

If the review is on an authority site ,tripadvisor etc it can have the opposite effect, especially after this latest update. The page on an authority site will very rarely be deindexed regardless of what you throw towards it,google may even lean less towards backlinks and more toward the name and title of the page with authority sites.

Don't try to neg seo a site like you typically find for individual reputation management, you'll likely push it higher and give the domain more authority. The best option is to create positive content and push it up. Creating and publishing the content is easy, pushing it up is what separates real reputation management companies from the rest.
