Don't you hate the word "guru?" Anyway, I have lots of experience with RM. I had my own company here in the Philippines. I don't know about the concept of "deranking." unless your talking about attacking a website. I have never done that. My team and i used to push positive positive SERPs to the top and the negative ones onto the 2nd and 3rd page.
