Hi guys,

I have a few articles on the first page of google search that I would like to downgrade the position, what's the right and better way to make it works?

I was thinking to spam the links in different sources, however, I'm afraid to obtain the opposite result and the link gets stronger and I'm not sure how to make it.

Can someone help me with a few insides? Thanks for your help

I don't understand, people do SEO to bring the website on top but you are asking to downgrade the website ranking on search engine.
Anyway, I would say the simple way to downgrade the website is a 2 days process (according to me). Start today and drop your that particular URL link to every single website whether it is high DA or a low DA website.
At-least drop 300 to 400 links. Your URL will not be visible in any of the search result.
Another way is change the focus keyword, meta description, title, and meta tags for that page. You will not see your website in 3 or 4 days at any position.

Ok, maybe i didn't explain well what I'm trying to do.....

The articles I would like to downgrade are against my client, I mean, they have negative content for him and is not on my own website.

So I'm working in one side to rank good content for him but at the same time, I would like to 'destroy' the negative urls|articles from other media outlets.

There is an ORM section here and you can search for the guides available to outrank those links.

My suggestion would be to publish positive articles on high authority sites and make them rank for your client. This way you can both downgrade the negative link and have positive articles on top of the results.

Firstly; You can have your online reputation discussions here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/online-reputation-management-orm.224/ I will tag @BassTrackerBoats to help move to the right thread.

Do you want the best approach?

Build as many well Optimized pages as possible on Parasite websites with a minimum of 500 words of content ( You can hire a cheap writer ); I will recommend starting with 50, the more the merrier.

Have these page, give them some days to index and take a position on SERP. You will be tracking your parasites. If you do 50 of these pages, I would expect to have at least 10 of it on page 2-3 and prolly some flying to page one of Google already. It's a branded name, Most of the time competition won't be that tough.

Check for the performing Parasites/2.0s properties you've built, these are next target for backlinking IF purpose wasn't fulfilled yet.

I always enjoy the ORM projects. Why? because we need to fight with all top 10 results on Google on your keyword. It's hard stuff but the results will be long lasting if you start with a proper plan and implement the right strategy.

Do not build any linkx for the negative articles, it will boost their rank, I already did such stuff. The only thing you can make to boost your social profiles and submit positive articles on major news sites and boost them with good backlinks, once they grab the spots on the first page the negative articles will move to 2nd and 3rd page. PM me the links you want to through them at 3rd and 4th page and on what keywords, perhaps I'll guide you more briefly on it.

Dont send any backlins. You need ORM expert to guide on this.

Those "insides" aren`t 2-3 sentences
Depending on resource might be easier to contact admin of site with that article and try to bribe him

Sounds like an NSEO question. Which is both not very effective and not something we discuss here. Ranking over something is easier anyway.
