Of course not, it is fraud and I have no interest to do that thing.

Ok in my case, a website need only European credit card to register an account in order to use their API service. I want to find a cheap way to "spam" this website, so I asked those questions, I have no idea what to do, and never tried such thing.

For example, their API is around 30 EURO per month, I want to find a way, to spend much less than that. Btw, I have no idea about "charge first, charge later, or whatever" thing.

Could u shed some lights here?

i have also been looking for a consistent quality vcc provider, maybe we can keep each other posted if we find anything good, if you are down.

Whats "maskme", are they reputable? I was looking at movocash and secondeyesolution, a seller somewhere in BHW.

It seems as though there are a lot of providers but some just don't provide quality cards that is consistently having no issues. Most are detected as prepaid cards, which customers such as myself usually need it to be detected as regular debit. I guess just gotta find that perfect BIN, maybe?

Yeah that sounds fine by me. Plus I came here to network anyway.

Maskme is a service that provides vcc but also phone numbers and emails. But their reviews are mixed. People seem to either love them or hate them.

If you can't get a vcc that serves your purposes then you might be asking for the wrong thing. I want to get access to content behind a pay wall. If vcc doesn't work then you might pay someone to create an account on your behalf.

I'm not buying anything right this second anyway, I'm just considering my options.

I just got an email back from a payment processor that I'd asked a question to concerning this.

Please be aware that gift cards, pre-paid cards and debit cards are often problematic. Since children under the age of 18 can obtain these type of cards, some of the banks who issue these cards have blanket decline policies for all transactions coded as 'adult content' to stave off any potential litigation. Verotel does not have any say over their decline policies.​

So depending on the purpose you have in mind you'll have to confirm with the seller what sorts of restrictions apply to the vcc they're selling you.

I use this service. You can make a virtual card. And some services accept payment from the account advcash.
 
I guess you're looking for service like entropay which is no longer available.

you should contact @secondeye and ask him for VCC i guess his VCC can serve your need.

Also i am folling this thread to make sure i don't miss any new info....
