Reporting your competitors to Google

So, basically, what most of you guys are saying is that you're in this game for the honor and not for the money? What a bunch of losers. This is really patheticWhat's the point of polluting the internet then?
With that kind of mindset, I wish you good luck in your ventures. Because when you're missing a brain, the only way to win for you is with luck.
We all do it for the money but it also makes you proud to beat other sites to get that #1 spot.
And not like you do, "trying" to report websites with the one click report button. I think you just hate them because you can't take over their #1 spot. Go back to work and get the #1 spot on the way you have to (WH or BH)
What will be your next move? Reporting dealers and thieves around the corner to the police because you see they make more money?

If you really are going to take that road there are much worse things you can do to your competitors. I hope you really piss someone off and they retaliate. Some day you will receive what you deserve. BTW it is a waste of time to report anyone because new website will come up. You must learn to outrank them the normal way with SEO not with cheap shots.

I don't care about other people making more money than me. I care about people in the same niches as me. They are eating a piece of the pie I'm after. Reporting them is just one way for me to get ahead. If I were dealing and there were other guys dealing in my area I'd report them of course.

I'm on the first page of results for several big keywords in very lucrative niches. I'm using several blackhat techniques and I'm sure my competitors are as ruthless as I am. I would be very surprised if there weren't any report filed against me by angry competitors.

75% of all statistics on the internet are made up. Anyway, if it really did work, Im sure alot of people wouldnt do it. Its quite obvious who did it when their site gets slapped and you take their spot.

Nobody likes snitches. Murderers don't like snitches, thieves don't like snitches. In jail they are treated as the lowest cast along with the other worms I won't even mention. It is not hypocritical for criminals or even black hatters to have no regard for a snitch because there are some things even the worst offenders will NOT do, and snitching is one of those top things.

Doesn't this fall under the same concept as, blackhatting backlinks for your competitors site to get them sandboxed? It has no effect on reporting them or blackhatting links to get them sandboxed, you are actually helping them if you do build links for their site.
A report will work if they are doing something within their site to trick the spiders into giving them a higher rank. You can hate all day but if their site is clean, fu*k off!

Yeah I really doubt one complaint is so meaningful to Google that they would take it down.
With that being said I guess if they got complaints time after time then they would de-index it. But seriously, you should try to beat your competition instead of just reporting them.

I didn't read through every post so this might of already of been said, but I would image that a site would need to be reported many times before it would get checked/penalized. It would also be bad karma to report a site if your own uses BH methods.
It's been said a thousand times already, worry about making your site better not bringing your competition down.
