Fucking buyer. I'm tried my best to do for him but after delivered work, he ask me to refund because some fucking reason.
He reported me with Paypal.

What can I do ?

You need to post proof of conversations, paypal transactions, ect. Only posting someones name and accusation is not good enough. If it were that easy, then half of bhw members would be banned.
 
did you send him pictures from Philippines or from some other country?
 
I don't have time for crazy things like these.
This shitlisting is worth exactly $15, which I fix in 3 minutes with 10 conversions.
But all this hassle should keep the community safe from newbies like you.

And I do care about how reasonable people are. Meanwhile I'm still looking for new year's eve 2013 pictures.

He admitted he not mention "low quality photo" on his thread, I'm delivered work very good with his request but after done. He asked me to refund. He said "I did mentioned. sorry :(" (see the photo) but he still report.
 
By reading everything that was said, I am kinda on both sides of the fence right now. You weren't really specific at first it seems until after he sent the initial photos, but you did beat around the bush that you wanted them to look like they were taken by him. Problem is with that, is online you can't really beat around the bush because different languages interpret things differently. Then you told him that you would let him keep $5 for his effort (which was very generous), but then went back on what you said (which was kinda cocky). But all in all, it wasn't what you had expected, so I understand your side, but I also understand his side a equally.

Also, as the post below says, you did say they looked good when he sent you the thumbnails. I have to take the op's side on this one, but I am not a mod, so my opinion don't count :)

After i send him a screenshot with thumbnails. (3 photos on it is high quality) so he said: "it's perfect" and asked me to give Paypal account.

He asked for 20 pics and you sent 3, since ijof didnt need your pics, i think he has all rights to tell that he dont need pics like this.
You also didnt sent all 20 pics, so i will stay on Ijof9 Side.

How can you keep money for something you never done ? You sent him all pics ? No ! Where is problem ?
And we talk about $15 not $1500 and you just made shitlist for that Cmon man .

You still keep $5 so its cool , you failed to deliver what he wanted and you dont get paid for that as well, simple as that

Oh, Have you read all conversation before?

I sent him total 33 photos through email.

I grateful to the mods here for taking immediate actions to save more sellers.

But, unfortunately in the thumbnails, the photos look like they are from the same set. Except they are not. I even have the place from where he stole the photos. I did not ask for stolen pictures. I'm sorry. Check the thread again, it will make a lot of sense.

I really should know all of the facts before I side with someone lol. Honestly, looking at all of the photos, it looks like he just googled them. In which case, I would have to then change my mind on who I side with lol

Thread should be deleted and op should be provided with tablets. Plusvn must took benefit of goodnight time on your side buddy, it seems you were in half sleep while dealing. from his English only you could spot outcome.

I actually ended up feeling bad about telling the guy that he screwed up. But he did keep the money and we're good.
 
So ok. My bad. I will refund, please cancel your report on Paypal.
I'm newbie, I don't know more about Paypal and my English not good. I cant do anything.
