It would be nice if you could click a button that says "advertisement', "spam", "outside marketplace" , etc when you try to report a member.

Yes, please. Reddit has a system like this. You report and then select which rule the member is breaking, would save a ton of time!

I feel like sometimes people are too lazy to type and that is why some scammers get through.

We already have the text box where people can type the reason for reporting. At the moment we won't use the dev time to add buttons to this, we've already got a decent list of things to do for 2.0.
