Replica site shut down by nike!! what now??

It seems that you have made up your mind on this, then why bother asking everyone here?

Dude seriously, stop fooling around with Nike and start doing something better. There are many bhwers here that are much more experienced and they know what you are dealing with. Listen to them, sell the domain away and get on with life.

When confronted by a big gorilla (nike), your best bet is to play dead and then go around. If you can make serious money from this venture then cloak yourself in secrecy. In the Cayman islands you can have a blind corp own another blind corp then the blind corp can own the domain name. Be careful of china and vietnam because Nike is well connected in those countries. Foreign hosting should be used but your biggest problem will be payment processing. They can always shut down your account with the payment processor unless you own the payment processor.

i was in this business few year ago very good business until nike give me big problem in my place i suggest to find other way to make money, brand product are hot sell but you can make lot of money a time and one day competitor or the owner of the brand give you big problem.

if you want to continue

set up new website offshore find a chinese guy you pay 1000rmb per month
he receive the fund and send to your offshore account something like this could be a solution, but be carefull some chinese work well a time and one day they kill your business and send bad quality wrong color size etc... to your customer or scam you money the day you order bigger ...

Let's just say you are a piece of raw meat and the Nike lawyers are maggots you are toast.

I had a website for selling shoes and i got a notice from nikes lawyers saying that i had to shut the site down,...

Let me tell you the irony in all of this, so I can educate a few people here.. First, Nike has factories all over the world, most of which pay little to their employees and they hike the prices to a ridiculous level.

I know a person who worked ILLEGALLY at a South Korean "Nike Factory". She told us that they would buy the FAKE clothing and hats and put their REAL logos on them.

Why, might you ask? Because it was cheaper than for them to make them themselves.

So these jackasses at Nike buy the fakes themselves and put their real logos on them and hire illegal immigrants to work at their factories.

Nike is a joke..

C&D letters happens all the time if you operate in the more gray area niches.
Heck I reckon I've gotten 5 or so myself (sent out twice as many but that's beside the point).
Take a breath and start over is the best you can do in this situation really.
