Renew Jr.VIP - Payment Issue

So i got this message that my Jr.VIP status will expire less than a week and that i should navigate to account upgrades and renew it from there.. Unfortunately there is no payment option for me.






As it says I'm subscriber.. does this mean you will deduct the payment automatically?

Can't even remember which account was used for payment, since last year this time BHW introduced card payments for subscriptions and I also manage multiple PayPals so if you deduct this automatically - I need to know the PayPal so I can top it up first.

Need to sort this out before it expires.. Looking for some advice.

Once expired just pay again and will be fine, happened to me few days ago.

You can't have that many PayPal addresses, that you're unable to check, which one was used to purchase the membership.

As others said, you can't pay for the membership until it's active, but if you have it on auto-renewal, it will renew automatically. Unless you cancelled the subscription within PayPal, it's the default.

PayPal changed things again a bit, so now you can find your automatic payments on this url: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/, you should look for DotCom Consultancy Ltd. Or check your email addresses and look for the same. You know, when your subscription will expire, there needs to be a PayPal payment email a year back from that date.

I had the same issue a week ago. The system is stupid because I also had a subscription. I thought I'll just wait till it pays for itself and that's it, but once the deadline was met, my Jr.VIP access had been revoked and all my marketplace threads got closed. Even though the payment just hadn't processed.

If you've got a subscription set up through PayPal, the next year's fee will be taken automatically - so there is no button in your upgrades page, because you don't need one.

If you've paid manually for Jr VIP and therefore don't have a subscription, you have to wait for your current membership to expire before you can pay for the next year. Any Marketplace Threads you may have will close until the next year's fee is paid, but once this is processed they will automatically reopen. Again, there's no button on your upgrades page until your current membership expires.
