Removing Instagram Ghost Followers 2015?

I have been growing my Instagram the past few months and now and have 7,500 followers I only follow 600 people ...but my engagement is only at 2-3%. I want to remove ghost followers but I cant find anything that can do that these days. I know that IGexorcist has a huge chance of removing followers who do interact with my postings since I get over 100 likes. What do you guys use? Or do you guys have any suggestions?

I feel as though I had higher engagement rate when I was gaining followers manually then with a bot. :/

I think you can't remove ghost followers, because instagram only shows the last ~100 people who engaged on a picture, so every app will show the rest as ghost followers.
