remove whois record

my whois guard exipired and I forgot to renew, few site crawled my site data and my name leaked! holy shit even though I renew whoisguard, but the info is out there.. it's leaked! what should I do?

You can ask for the sites hosting your data to remove it, but there's a chance they won't, since there's nothing stopping them from hosting your information. It was you after all who forgot to renew the Whois guard.

My best tip for you is, that from now on, have the Whois guard on auto-renew. Just make a calendar marking of the renew date that you can go and disable it should you wish to do so.
