Remove The Default Details

How can I remove the default email and phone and yes it's a nulled theme but there is no option to edit this like global header.

If you really don't have any other option in the admin panel, you can go to Appearance -> Theme Editor -> header.php and modify there. Be careful as it can break the site.

There has to be. If it isn't in plain text, then it most likely includes another php file. You can trace it from there.
