Remove Restrictions on Paypal Login

i Bought a Paypal,account from someone, the country is HongKong but after few months of using they say i should verify my details (phone call, text, pass port) but i cant since i dont ve the phone number.

Any expert to help me? i can pay for service with Payoneer funds
