A member left me a negative iTrader rating for no clear reason.

Is there any chance of getting it removed as it's not great for business.

It's your word against his. So, no.

What?

So leaving an iTrader to tell someone not to 'spam the forum' is acceptable?

The rules mention something about the misuse of the iTrader system will result in a ban.

If you feel he broke the rules, how about contacting a mod about this and not start a thread about it? Or how about starting the thread in the lounge to begin with, since it has nothing to do here?

Either look for a mod that's online by looking at who's online on the main page (if you recognize the names)... or as you read over the threads, right click on anyone listed as a Mod and send a PM with the details.

I tell you what. If I was considering ordering from you, looking over your iTrader, the one neg iTrader and comment would NOT bother me in the slightest... but if you want to get rid of it, as we said... contact a Mod with the details.

Hey PeterBruce, your unhappy customer have a strange username...

Your customer chlky_cin : http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/263006-chlky_cin.html
The real chiky_cin : http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/28587-chiky_cin.html

Barely supicious in my opinion.

Beny

Interesting...

I don't know what that means then.

Yes, just strange that a newbie member takes the "same" username like a senior member.
And makes bad business...

Then, maybe "chlky_cin" is a famous movie heroe and tons of people take this as username

Haven't heard of that name before.

"chiky cin" returns only 8 matches on google, and chlky cin" none

Why do you even have 24 iTraders if you don't even have a BST on BHW? iTrader is for transactions on the forum, not elsewhere (signature or whatever).

Also, this post is in the wrong section.

Is there any need for all the visitor messages on your profile to be selling your service that doesn't even have an official BST?

This was my next question.

Are iTrader ratings only for transactions within the BST?

I do a lot of business with BHW members outside, via my own website. Is this allowed?

Peter - Wiz had spoken to you briefly about rules

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/blackhat-lounge/399720-creating-bst-infraction.html

I have looked over Rule "9. iTRADER"

It doesn't say anything about receiving ratings from transactions performed outside the BST?

For example if I sell 50,000 twitter followers to a member.

The fact you got an infraction for selling outside of BST and then had it clarified by Wiz should answer that question.

I don't see any reason why transactions outside of BHW should be reflected in your BHW iTrader. I can't go sell an item on Craigslist and then get feedback on my eBay profile. The rules might be slightly ambiguous for iTrader but I think that's just common sense...
