Remove Defamatory Article

Recently a angry customer reached out to news to a journalist for a small news paper calling my company and website a fraud and scam.

Stating crazy defamatory things such as we are a fraud and that we are a scam that there is many customers that have been scammed etc ect
The customer in question has received there money back without questions before the article was made.
In the article they are using my photo material without asking.

I want to remove my business name and my photos from the website article.

My question is :
How can I remove this? I know a lot of famous people are able to get things like this removed. What should I do and how?


I am open to black hat solutions as this is ruining my reputation. My business has been great for 2 years with returning customers this is death for business...

Reach out to the journalist via email and say exactly this. Explain your part of the story. While I doubt they'll remove the article (newspapers are like that), they might add a disclaimer or update to (somewhat) help the situation.
 
You can either:

- Reach out the journalist and hope for some form of retraction or deletion.

- Create articles with the same keywords, but instead have the articles praising your business. Spam these new articles with backlinks and attempt to push that article down.

The best option if you absolutely cannot work with the journalist or customer is to push it down into obscurity.

You can hire someone to take them down aswell!
 
In most countries, this would be considered libel, and you could pursue legal action.

You should do a lawsuit against them. Defamatory means loss of business and they should compensate you fully for this. The decision of the court can make them remove any content negative to your fame and business.
 
It's considered defamatory. Speak to your lawyer.
