Remove 15 Posts to Send PM in BlackHatWorld

I thought it was a bit harsh when I first joined but now I've been here a while I see it's not just a good idea, it's a necessity.
15 posts isn't hard to manage really is it...

The limitation sucks at first (for most I am sure)...however, you don't realize the ridiculous amount of spammers and bots that can leak in otherwise.

It is ridiculous these days. Therefore, something like this, is almost a necessity in order to reduce the number of solicitation and scams for the community members.

Removing the minimum post limit would not only encourage them, but bring on an entire army of knuckle-draggers that are just too lazy to even do the 15 posts. They'd be joining in droves, and it wouldn't benefit anyone. I could understand the annoyance of it in the beginning, but unfortunately as the saying goes: "A few bad apples ruin it for everyone". The overall good that it does far outweighs the accidental collateral damage that is caused in my opinion.
