If my memory serves me well, back in January 2010 I waited for days for activation of my BHW account so I can even have an account and read more than just a couple of threads.
 
You could have contacted the site owner for this instead of making this post. I do not see a reason why this rule should be removed.
 
I think the rule seems reasonable I could only imagine the kinda spam that would go on here on BHW without that rule
 
i think its pretty standard now a days with this 15 post scenario

I don't think that rules likely to go away. It protects all of us from getting spammed.

lmao at the dudes complaining about how hard it is to make 15 posts. If you really cared about sending PMs, you'd stick around, get a little familiar with the forums and you'd automatically have 15 posts. If you wanted to send PMs right away, yeah its hard. But who sends PM right away on a forum, thats right, someone who you can't trust. And do you seriously think that people will trust you and your service just because you are able to PM? So quit whining. It needs to be increased and not reduced.

Would you trust someone with very few posts? The limit should be increased. Also, there should be a limit on the number of PMs that can be sent per day.
