Ok Just want to say thanks for all the info on this thread, this new law just got my attention today and has a serious affect on what I have planned for this year so the information has been helpful.
Please correct me if I am wrong but from what I can gather introducing a non automated element to your sales process or removing automated delivery completely would leave you outside the scope of the new rules. See the image below taken from the HMRC Website and the inset from a separate hmrc page. Wouldn't hiring someone to send all your digital product purchases out manually or doing it yourself by definition make your service a none digital service?
I would really appreciate other thread contributors feedback on this.
Pearse.
