Selling shareware on 3.5" floppy disks for $5 each. Dual floppy machines running 24/7 copying disks. We had the largest selection in town with over 500 titles in the store and sold over $1000 a week. Not bad money for copying disks.

Then this stupid shit called the Internet ruined everything!

I remember when am was almost a cottage industry. Being up all night on A4U talking about random stuff.

If you look on A4U today it's all merchant offers, corporation shit, no real marketing or SEO talent.

That's what makes me sad, I'm just glad BHW is all about the small guy and the absolute cutting edge well away from the corporate world. The fact the guy behind the recent Matt Cutts payday loan thing is a regular on here gives me much hope!
