Remedy for anger management?

Pick up a fighting sport.
 
try to meditate at least 30 min, every day.
 
Recognize your triggers, take a break, talk assertively, practice empathy, utilize humor, and, if necessary, get professional assistance to manage your anger. Be patient with yourself; learning to control your anger takes time and effort.
 
Simple... get rid of everything that makes you angry and avoid going near anything that makes you angry.
If games make you angry .. stop playing them
If your mum makes you angry leave and find your own place..

Or go to a place where children are starving to death, and try to help them, realise it's futile to even attempt it. Bury a few of them and you will never be angry again.
 
People are infuriating, selfish, pretentious. Understand that by being aggressive against them you will make them even worse than they currently are. Be calm and word the truth.
