Reliable SMS service for UK numbers

Hi all,

I'm looking for a reliable method for sending SMS messages in the UK, can you suggest the best way and any tricks / tips - not something I've done before but been asked by a client to send regular messages on his behalf.

Appreciate any advice you can give.

There are quite a few sip providers out there that should support this.
