Relaying video and audio in p2p

Hello, i need a service or an API to relay live videochat from one peer to another peer.

I can't use WebRTC cause i need to support Safari (damn),
do you know any really cheap solution for this?

Please don't post about like twilio, tokbox, etc.. they really not cheap...
