Related Pins

Opened up one of my bot accounts today and saw nothing but Related Pins on the home feed for an estimated 10 pages or so. Most notable factor is that these pins have plenty of repins. I opened up another account that's not actively pinning (less than 300 pins) and saw Related Pins mixed with regular pins from followed boards.

Feature is new to me, and haven't read up much on how it will affect pins in general, but my immediate reaction is that it will help pins that are already going viral.

Anybody else observing anything new?

Ya, I read up quite a bit on it yesterday. Seems like paving way for more power networks; not just BH'ers, but also bloggers (i.e. I pin your stuff, you pin mine). Also, big publishers are gonna have an easier time in the big niches.

I'm still noticing juice from big active groupboards. I hope Pinterest does not minimize group activities coz why bother participating if it will be ignored. I imagine that part of the fun for housewives and grandmas is that they can have their tumblr-/instargram-like website where what they choose to share can immediately be recognized by others.

I'm already thinking of ways that I can use this
