Rejected by OGAds - any recommendation?

I’ve spent years in e-commerce, paid traffic only, I own a few Adsense sites, and I did ’play’ around with Clickbank offers years ago.

I got an idea to monetize my messenger subscribers with some CPI offers, but I got rejected by OGads. I did my research, and this network was supposed to be the best for CPI offers. Is there anything I can do or should I just give up and apply to others?

I did apply to Maxbounty to test some CPA offers. Hopefully will get a phone call so I can try to convince them that I know how to get traffic

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated!
