Maybe because my thread required only a 3 second glance to spot what's missing and reject it :p

There must be something to be fixed that doesn't comply with marketplace rules.

Thread Moved
Maybe you did get a reply but didn't see it because of the update. I received no message or notification about the rejection, I just checked my thread and saw it. I think it's a bug because of the update. So maybe check your thread link and see if any update. Also, I don't know what kind of service you're submitting, maybe it takes longer to review than mine.
Yeah, there were some issues with the marketplace from the update.

14. BHW 2.0 July Update: Issues With The Marketplace
Edit July 4, 2020: This has now been mostly been mostly, but still contributed to the issue, so I'm leaving it up.

BHW 2.0 is out now, and this is great news as it means we can start focusing on marketplace 2.0 and improving the forum once all of the issues with BHW 2.0 have been ironed (and they're being ironed out fast).

Unfortunately though, because of the update, we are currently experiencing some issues with the marketplace that means we're unable to review any pending sales thread. Some of you may have noticed a few serious issues, namely not receiving an automated PM response about your submission or the approvals coming from an account other than the mod who reviewed your sales thread. A handful of you will still receive approvals whilst we work through these issues, but there's currently no ETA on when these will be fixed. If anyone experiences payment issues, please send in a support ticket using support.blackhatworld.com.
That issue should be fixed now.
Once rejected it is not revived.

Just fix it up and post a new one.
Sure you can.

As long as they are in your original post that a spoiler is fine.

BTW, the reason your rejected BST cannot be revived is that it actually goes to a different subforum.
@BassTrackerBoats answered the OP's questions.

There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about the review process. When a marketplace thread is rejected for marketplace rule and content standard violations, this isn't the thread getting reviewed, this is the thread failing a pre-check we now do on sales threads. This pre-check is to ensure sellers aren't waiting months only to receive a rejection for compliance issues.

If you haven't had a response in a long time, your thread passed the pre-check and is awaiting a marketplace moderator to pick it up.

A common question that usually follows this explanation is why we don't just allow you to give us the BBcode and edit your original submission instead of rejecting it. That's covered here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/marketplace-faq-for-pending-sales-threads.1236459/
5. Why Didn't You Just Edit My Thread?
We used to edit threads with marketplace rule violations rather than reject them. However, this process was done away with due to the number of members who argued, took multiple attempts to send in acceptable revisions, and used the marketplace review thread as an opportunity to find workarounds for their listings. After switching to the rejection policy, we've been processing threads faster and prioritising members who did not falsely tick the box claiming to have read the marketplace rules and content standards. Additionally, by rejecting the threads, sellers with prior rejections almost always submitted an acceptable revision the next time.
tl;dr It's time-consuming and sellers shouldn't falsely tick a box saying they read the rules when they didn't. We prioritise sellers who read them, and half of you do that exceptionally. The other half get sent to the back of the queue.

A lot of members complain about the wait time being too long. Whilst the pre-coronavirus wait times were increasing due to us steadily receiving 2-3x as many sales threads as we did in 2018, 2017, etc; these wait times have increased exponentially as we're now receiving yet another influx of sales threads due to more people working from home. If you have a problem with the wait time, you can read my post below:
You think that's long? Imagine waiting 6-14 months for USCIS to review a packet and get back to you regarding whether or not your wife can permanently reside in the country with you. That's 6-12 months in limbo and not knowing whether or not you'll be moving to another country out of necessity.
As much as we'd like to reduce the wait time further (and this is being worked), we're not going to resort to sacrificing quality for quantity.

Again, all of this is in the FAQ, and I add more to it regularly. https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/marketplace-faq-for-pending-sales-threads.1236459/
