Regular profile, fan page, or group?? What works best?

I plan on using facebook automated software primarily to add a friends from a particular niche marketing fan page that is currently on facebook. Once I have them added I plan on sending mass messages to all the people I have added.

Do you recommend creating a regular facebook profile, a group page or do you recommend creating a fan page in order to do what I am looking to do??

I know facebook monitors particular activities so I wanted to know if their is an advantage to having either of the three above in order to prevent any account from being deleted.

I also did not know if the process that I am looking to do was easier by having a fan page a group page or a regular FB profile

from my experience in marketing through facebook a profile will help with communication to people - they treat you as a person and you can make friends very easily witin a nich cos everyone is used to FB -

you can then go on to creat a fanpage - but I dont think as many people read them IMO -- I mean if your succesful the'll read it . also it takes time - I got one profile to 2.5 k friends bu hand then lost it -- so am doing it very carefully
