Regular bulk emailing needed

I am looking to email businesses in the US offering an opportunity which may assist with the growth of their business. These email addresses will be scraped and supplied.

I wish to send in the vicinity of 5000 emails per day on a regular basis. The email will have a link in it and will only be contacted once, so I require a very good inbox rate.
