If you open a bank account in Delaware with them,and have a post office box. You can register a website in the name of the llc,and pay with the llc's bank account. Then you can do all the business you want "in" new york. And they wont be able to tell.

This is actually my line of business. Where you form your LLC highly depends on what your goals are. Due to the states mentioned, it would imply that you're interested in reducing your taxes. The best thing to do this would also link the company to an offshore company. (PM me for more information about this).

But regardless of the hype surrounding most of these 'tax haven' companies, as long as you have a company in the US if somebody really wants to go after you, you're not really protected. It's good for casual asset protection, little else. That said, the best you can do if you're going to keep in 'all in the country' is have multiple layers. One company owns another company. A trust then owns that company, etc.

EDIT: regarding bank accounts, try a global bank like HSBC. You should be able to get the account open with them. If that fails for some reason, I would then look at using a bank like Credit Suisse or Saxo Bank...a non-US bank with branches in the States. They would probably have less qualms about which state the corporation is from.

Also...virtual offices. Establish a presence in another state if it becomes necessary in the end.

Anyone who can help me up with incorporating my first LLC overseas? I live in EU but I have some projects I want to run under a new LLC in delaware/nevada. Willing to pay for this service as time as the price is right. Time is money and I don't want to deal with time wasters,I found couple of sites offering this services yet they take forever to return back evasive answers lol, that's something I'd rather not deal with.

Right, the registered agent can if you are a resident in Delaware or operate a business in Delaware, as per the first gov link I posted. So I guess you could, but most of us don't live in Delaware or don't have a business there, so it's not really realistic.
