Registring an LLC , Delaware ?

I am going to register an LLC . I am thinking between Delaware and New Mexico?
I did some research and both seems good . If anyone can point the pros and cons of each that would be helpful . Also since I live in Canada , I believe I need to go through someone to register the LLC . Anyone did this before and which service do you recommend for registering the LLC .

Delaware and Nevada are the 2 best states to register your LLC in. most large companies, including walmart, are registered in these 2 states. they provide your company with much more protection and a lot of corporate benefits. i personally registered my llc in las vegas and everything went well.

Delaware is the best state to register your llc. I registered my business in Delaware, even non residents from other countries can do it. Find a good Incorporater to do it for you. Don't spend more it takes no more than 250 dollars for everything (Including mailing services and an office address at delaware)

Like let's say I live in California and register in Delaware, can I conduct all my business in California?

I just registred my L.L.C in Delaware (i'm from north africa by the way) the process took 5 days(2days processing/3 days fedex legal papers delivery) today I recieved via Fedex all the legal papers today.
The advantage in Delaware is that you can register while being non resident, and you don't pay tax. Send me PM i'll oriente you to the Incorporator I used, they are very serious, reactive to emails, and the price is pretty correct:

$90 filing fee for LLCs
$99 Registred agent fee
$48 mail forwarding (12 mails/annualy)

Now I'll I need is the EIN number but i can get it by myself (I think they charge $100 if you want them to do it for you)

You're suppose to register as a foreign LLC in each state you conduct business in. You'd have to look up the laws in your state to see how exactly things are done.

Did mine through Delaware last week and I live in California. Went through an attorney though so paid a lot more than a service.

Do not pay to someone to issue EIN. EIN is issued by the irs.gov - it takes about 30 minutes over the phone.

Oky guys I have a LLC open in Delaware and I live in NY, so when I went to bank for open an account they said I can't open an account in NY cause the LLC located in Delaware. So what should I do!!!

Can't you is a major bank like Chase so you can access your funds from any Chase branch?

I'm not sure how that works exactly though.

Side note: If you call LegalZoom they will advise you free on what you should do with your LLC. They also have a service where you can speak to a lawyer for $30 for 30 minutes which they advised me to do.

I looked at legal zoom to do mine. I did mine in my home state of Louisiana. I just went to the Secretary of States website and filed it all online. It only cost $80 and was approved in like 15 minutes.

The registered agent can be yourself,you don't need to pay someone to do it.

NY still requires you to have a "newspaper announcement" as a foreign LLC. So, it doesn't make much sense to register in Delaware. Of course this is if you want to do things legitimately...
