To clarify how domain registration works: all domain extensions, including ccTLDs, require a billing address to complete the registration. Without this, the domain could be blocked or fail to meet registry requirements. Unlike Njalla, we don’t register domains using our own data. You will be the true owner of the domain, with full control.
Anyway, an account is needed to manage your domain and renewals. If we were to use our own details for registration, we would be considered the domain’s owner, which could lead to complications if you lose access.
We’re focused on privacy and, unlike others, we don’t directly request KYC.

As outlined in the service agreement, each TLD extension has its own specific conditions and requirements, with some necessitating additional verification. You purchased a .spa domain, which requires ID verification and adheres to its own policies, detailed here: https://www.nic.spa/doc/REGISTRATION POLICY.pdf.
Additionally, your domain was flagged for copyright infringement related to “movies,” which led to its suspension by the .spa registry. It’s important to note that different TLDs have varying policies regarding copyrighted content, with some being more strict than others.
As an offshore provider, our billing system and company are located outside of US jurisdiction and operate under the laws of the country where the company is hosted. This does not mean you are free to host anything without consequence. We are a privacy-focused provider, not a “bulletproof” hosting service.
When purchasing a domain always do your own research what extensions are good and which aren’t.
Please note we’re not a registrar, we are a reseller of each tld and each extension will follow the policies of each extension, this is mentioned in service agreement. We are purely the middleman between the registrar/registry and the customer
