Hi,

I am starting one urdu website and content will be in urdu. I just want to check regarding page/post url. My website name is in english ofcourse but confused with url. Because content will be in urdu and will optimise page with urdu only like title, description, image etc. So what should i give page url ? english or urdu.
Which one is better as per SEO prospective because my website is COUNTRY SPECIFIC.

Please suggest.
Thanks :)

I would think of it like this - even if you make those permalinks in english, and your site becomes popular; what's the use of it? Most of your users won't understand a thing, and leave the site; thus increasing the bounce rate. If you really want to have a urdu site, make everything in urdu; and target urdu speaking people.

For your context (e.g. local/geo/language based seo):
english.com/urdu-language

You can't change the domain name, so that's out of question (if I was you, I would choose a urdu domain name, but in english.. something like qayamat.com, if that makes any sense).
