Hi here i have a question regarding creating some backlinks from profile sites. I haven't used these type of links for my sites from last 3 years. But now i think of creating some links from those pages for brand value.

Actually i will create those links for one of my streaming site that is a single name domain ex. hotmovies.com.

So when i register those profile sites, what do you recommend to provide "First" and "Last" name and also username? And also thumbnails? Do you recommend all profiles to have the same username, thumbnail, first and last name?

Hope you understood my question?

Some people always use the same username, first and last name, some dont.
To be on the safe side, I would change them a bit, to avoid making an obvious footprint.

If it's for branding then use site name for username and logo for profile picture

As for first and last name that's up to you, you can switch it up or use same

Thanks for the reply. Yeah it for the branding.

For branding, you can use brand name as username.
As far as first and last name are concerned, I generally use random names for each profile.

Yeah after all the answers above, i think there will be no any issue using brand - username, names and thumbnails. Anyway thanks for the answers though.

Use authorship principles for high-quality profiles. For example, create few virtual authors who will be posting content for you, you could then use author's names & interlink author's profiles. It will look like clean & 100% legit profiles.

If you are going to create few 10s then brand name is ok and if you going in 100s then don't use brand names in all, use random names.

wouldn't it be an even bigger footprint if it was the same URL with a bunch of different names and emails?

Thanks to all to the reply.
