they probably got hit with frauders or something. who knows. But social or tax id are needed. Birthday is included in the w9, license or ID well im not to sure why, maybe there were getting alot of fake social's from users trying to avoid taxes. who knows, i'm sure they have their reasons.

The youngest person we have working with our company is 21 and I don't consider that underage.My guess is he's either been suspended by us in the past or has been blacklisted on offers due to poor quality traffic and when he asked why he didn't like the answer we gave him. Can't really say based on his screen name though.
PeerFly has never scrubbed any leads without a valid reason. We only scrub leads based on advertisers scrub reports.

That's funny, when I signed up with Peer*Fly, they never asked for Photo ID. Probably because I live outside of the US.
