$3000 is too much to leave with GayPal.
My maximum for my legit acct is $1000, and $300 for stealt. Those mfvckers are cruel and take no prisoners.

Depends on the need. If some client is forcing to pay by PayPal only, that is the only option you have.

You can use PayPal by using an USA VPS to be safe. But It will be always be risky to create PayPal with fake name and address. They can limit your Account anytime.

you can easily open paypal on no supported countries
Just open Uk ltd
Register UK Bank behalf on your uk ltd then make UK business paypal account on your business name
and for us paypal
you need to open USA LLC in any state then register EIN and ITIN then Register mercury bank then open USA Business PayPal on your business LLC name
you can also open estonia paypal
apply for estonia e residency and make estonia paypal

I would suggest you to make european stealth paypal. It has no limit like the USA one.
