I have a question about PayPal account. In my country, PayPal doesn't support it. So I would like to buy a verified USA paypal account. Is it worth buying or is it's a bad idea? If worth it then can anybody refer me a trusted seller who can provide me fully verified USA PayPal account?

There are safer countries you can use to sign up to PayPal than the USA.
