Regarding Hire Freelancer and WTB section

Hi,

Recently I receive an infraction for get involved with member who looking an gmail account. I have what he looking for and we agree for this transaction he sent me money via paypal and I sent him an account.

But before this happen, my account get banned for couple of week.

Question :
Is WTB and Hire freelancer forum only for Jr.Vip member only?, I mean if we as regular member have a stuff that buyer looking for, we can't offer for them.. If this so, why not just lock forum WTB and hire freelancer

What I know, when someone looking like social media service, we direct him to sales thread or BST forum.

Or what do I missing

Anyone can start a thread there, however your need to be a Premium Member, Jr VIP or Marketplace Seller to respond to posts via reply or via PM.

Because if it was locked, non-paid up members would not be able to post.

The idea is that it's an open section for to all members who are looking to buy something or hire someone.

You should not be responding to people that have posted in HAF/WTB if you're not a paid up member.

To reply to a Hire a Freelancer thread you will need to have an active Jr VIP, Premium or Marketplace seller subscription.

Replying includes PMs as well as inside the actual thread that posted looking to buy or hire.

Ok then.. That mean regular member should stay away from that section.
