Reflict? Should i Join?

Hello, i need your Recommendations about this network. I found it with Google and there is pretty good offers for me. So i'm waiting for your comments

Reflict seems to be under ScaleLab Gaming which is a network that I have a few of my channels under right now under different subnetworks.
