how to redirect an external aff link from my weebly website?

Hi,
Since you have taken your time to create a Weebly website, I assume that you don't want a 301 redirect, right? Meaning that you don't want to send people that enters to your website right away to that affiliate link; instead, you want them to read or to do something first, can be?
If so, you can drag a Button element on to your page, enter any call-to-action text you’d like. Then select Link from the toolbox, and you’ll see your standard link options to choose from.
Otherwise, if you want a 301 redirect, you should be able to make the change in your Domains tab, by clicking the domain you want to redirect elsewhere, then using the Change Destination option to assign it to that site, and select "Forward traffic to existing domain" in the following screen.

I'm not sure if weebly will actually like this, but if you are able to make a simple site not using weebly and just do the redirect yourself thats much better, especially since you will be promoting a aff link.

I just checked and Weebly just doesn't allow you to redirect your site to other non-Weebly websites.
Are you using a custom domain such as something.com (and not something.weebly.com)? If so, you can point it to another hosting server such as Hostgator (prepare some money to pick a plan), and from the Cpanel you could be able to redirect that domain to your affiliate link.
If you don't have a custom domain, buy it together with a hosting plan and you will be able to redirect it
