Upvotes are tricky. Reddit identifies manipulation rather easily. That is why most upvotes don't stick and the accounts get banned. Buying from mass sellers won't help because all they do is pump upvote all day long using same set of accounts.
Find a quality seller or build a system for yourself using anti detect browsers.

I only need the upvotes (on replies only) to stick for 2 days. Would the mass sellers option help? Who would you recommend? Sorry I'm a noob and appreciate any help possible. Thanks in advance.

I am also facing the same issue. My accounts are getting suspended due to vote manipulation. Did you get any solution to bypass this issue?
How can I build system for myself? Is it easy to build them? What cost does it requird?
