Reddit Upvotes are Useless

If you want to use Reddit upvotes you should use them realistically.
What do you mean? Like not use 500+ upvotes per post? I never added more than 40 upvotes per post on my last 2 accounts and they still got banned

Have you tried using bots or real users who engage for rewards or prizes? Reddit is pretty strict about both approaches, though, whether it's from bots or real users.

I have bought some and nothing happened.

Does anyone buy Reddit upvote? Many accounts got suspended for vote manipulation. What's the point of buying them? Am I doing something wrong?
Are Reddit upvotes still worth it if accounts keep getting suspended for vote manipulation am I missing something here?

It usually comes down to your setup. A lot of accounts get suspended because the upvotes come from poorly warmed profiles or flagged IP ranges. Reddit is aggressive with pattern detection, especially when votes come from similar devices or questionable subnets.
More advanced setups rely on mobile proxies, human-like delays, gradual account warm-up, and diverse device fingerprints. That’s how some manage to boost posts without triggering bans.

People buy Reddit upvotes to fake popularity, but it's cheating. It's against the rules and will get your account suspended.

Upvotes still help, but only when done smart. If you blast too many from fresh or low-karma accounts, Reddit flags it fast. Use aged, warmed-up profiles and keep timing natural. Quality content + soft boost works better than brute force.

No... Not always true that — Reddit upvotes only help if the post is in the right subreddit, at the right time, with real engagement. Fake or bought upvotes alone won’t drive traffic or trust. Focus on value + timing, not just numbers. Google like and give many traffic in reddit!

They do work. Reddit is one of the most manipulated platforms today. If upvotes didn’t matter, manipulation wouldn’t be possible. Many factors are at play here.

Reddit's algorithm tracks more than upvotes. If the upvotes come too fast or from low-trust accounts, it often triggers spam filters. Buying upvotes can work short-term but Reddit may remove the post or suspend accounts if it looks manipulated. For real results, focus on posting valuable content, using aged accounts and bulding natural engagement . Upvotes alone are not enough anymore.

If you’re not spreading the upvotes across aged, clean accounts with unique IPs and proper delays, Reddit will nuke them fast. It’s all about how natural you make it look.

Never had a problem with that, upvotes are very useful to rank better
I just learned from these replies that upvotes are indeed useful if used correctly. I was using them like an idiot and ended up getting mulitple accounts banned lol.

Thank you to everyone who commented. I always learn something when I come this platform.
