Reddit Tips and Tricks

@redditt Do You Have Any Pdf :D For Me
I read that it's unsafe to use accounts for upvote, but for posting and commenting it's fine. I agree that still should be careful. For example if you have website and post links from it in subreddits, maybe smart way should be to buy couple more domains and put 301 redirect, so it would looks like you not posting often from one site.
I agree with the @StarX

Well reddit does seem to have more intelligent individuals. I'm sure if you took the time to provide them with a valuable input, the users would be willing to provide you with a valuable output.
Exactly, if you are going to post interesting contents then definitely the viewers will UP-VOTE and the post will come over to TOP and as a result you are going to get a huge traffic. good idea Mr. @Stevink

How to increase comment Karma

You may say so, But its great for many things, Like increasing RPM, Boosting up Youtube videos and apart from that Traffic is not everything all the time, But can help you in SEO .

Yeah, it boosts Youtube videos with views, but then the audience retention is horrible, which causes the video to rank worse.

Atleast that's what I noticed. I had been using it for a long while now and getting some YT videos with like 1500+ upvotes, but it seems like a lot of people don't watch much of it, which messes up my ratings. Plus I don't seem to get any ad revenue.

Now that I'm not using reddit much anymore, I find my videos are ranking better.

P.S. - As for the intelligent individuals, maybe that's why there is not much ad revenue because they are all using adblocker :P

How much do you make promoting on reddit? Doesn't seem like it's that good of a revenue stream tbh.

You are welcome any time. Thanks

What about porn tube traffic? Believe it or not i have only visited Reddit once or twice in my lifetime.
Is it possible to promote porn videos from Domain.com?

If so: How does it work?

Porn is massive on reddit. If you go to r/all you'll see porn everywhere.

To drive the traffic you need to submit to the relevant subreddit for that porn eg big tits or milf etc. The beauty of reddit though is that you can post it to loads of different subreddits and get seen by lots of people.

Always submit to r/nsfw_gif though. That's probably the most popular porn subreddit that I've come across. There is also r/nsfw_gifs. There are porn subreddits for just about every niche. If you google it there is a list of all the nsfw subreddits.

How to get traffic.

The most popular form of uploads is in gif form, usually 15 seconds. Unless you host this from your own domain it won't drive traffic. However, for every gif I've checked the comments for someone either A) asks for the "sauce" or B) provides the "sauce". All you need to do is link to the vid the gif was taken from.

That's not to say you cant upload directly to your vid on your domain on certain subreddits, it's just gifs seem to do better than videos.

Hope this makes sense. If it doesn't don't hesitate to ask me anymore questions. I've been on reddit for too long so I know it pretty well.

What about watermarking the content? The domain in the right corner and not to spammy looking? Would that work too?

Watching r/all every day almost never saw porn....

Like other said, i find reddit not worthless, you can have some succes but you need to be very smart about the way your promote.

They are smarter and actually read shit.

They're not "smarter". They're broke college kids and freeloaders who think they're entitled to everything for free and they don't even click ads cuz it's "capitalist"...... Reddit traffic is simply a waste of bandwitdth.

I've blocked Reddit referrals on my sites...

(PS. As others said, reddit may be good to inflate video view counts and to get some social signals. For your website it is worthless traffic, worse than bought traffic from bots.)

Dunno m8 I'm doing well with reddit. Once I made $75 with one comment there.

@redditt I have one account and plan to open one more. Is it safe to use both accounts with one PC, with one IP? How much accounts may I have if I do not use proxy for them?
I am not the person whom you address, but if you want I can tell you it is safe. In fact in reddit rules as far as I know there are no restrictions on having multiple accounts. In fact the FAQ suggests that if you don't like your old username any more you can move on and open a new account without any hassle.
Probably if you do smth bad (spam etc) and your accounts got linked by IP all of them will be goshed but you should do something notable to bug reddit that much, if u simply promoted something they won't be that much after you.

Is it a good place to promote teespring products? Anyone sold a t-shirt through Reddit Ads?

I just test this as I write. How ever not with ads, i bought upvotes to my post. 1400 people visited my link and zero sale so far :(

I couldn't see that being an issue, but most likely people will want the source video if they like the gif so branding watermarks seem rather pointless in my opinion.

I dunno if it's because I'm logged in but there is defo porn on r/all. I always browse r/all and I always watch porn on it. Maybe the good stuff doesn't make the higher pages but page number isn't a problem on reddit like it is google. If you made page 15 of r/all you are going to get plenty of views still.

Porn on reddit page 2 of r/all
imgur.com/a/8JYLZ (add https:// I can't post links yet)

You see porn there because you are subscribed to porn subreddits. There is no porn on r/all by default
