Hello , i have been getting reddit problem since 5 days , its always telling me you have submitted too many , try again in 1 hour , i always get this 24/24 .. I did not submit too many also

Open a new account with a different email address under a different IP address.

Use a proxy and clear your cache and you should be fine.
