Reddit mass removing comment links today?

me neither which is why i thought of google idea.
have you tried the google idea? if it doesn't work with google links and upvoting then your wasting your time.
so drop some google links first cause thats the ultimate litmus test
Not yet, just getting started for the day. Hopefully will get some test comments in there. Thanks for that idea.

Tested again today, posted a lot of comments without any links, for 50+ bought likes, all comments with upvotes dead, without upvote not dead, speed speed 1 vote/5min. 1 vote/min 5 vote/min, anyway it deleted

Try letting comments age for a few days. Then send upvotes? A few days ago I sent 20+ upvotes to a random comment that was 7 days old on an old post. It's still there.

Maybe need to let the comments age. But I still think if you edit in a link afterward, it won't matter, it will get removed.

Tried, they also deleted, but not all, about 70% deleted, 30% still live for today

I have probably about 6,000 comments since last summer.

A lot was deleted, I posted with a link and without a link, and I didn’t notice any difference in deleting content, it was deleted equally both with and without a link, I also noticed one thing, I always left 2 comments in topics, I promoted one comment using paid upvote, I didn’t touch the other one, I noticed that most of where my comments were without upvote they were saved.

Of course there were exceptions, some links are still posted but about 90 percent have been removed.

All comments were written manually by each person, most of them were not purchased.

The speed was super slow, now it’s more a matter of upvote, what speed should I do in the future? mega slow were also removed, I know someone did something normal speed, they also had it removed, perhaps the upvote drip increase works? on some comments I made a drip increase and I noticed they were preserved, 50 at a time, then another 50, and so on over time,
But I also noticed that there were those that left, if anyone noticed any changes please share, this day upset me, I’m poor again

OK guys, I have been spamming Reddit since inception, may be 10 years now.

This is definitely unusual and one of the strongest spam cleaning I have ever seen.

Now, here's the issue I mod probably around 20+ SUbreddits (Some even have more than 10k+ members), the thing is comments with links used to get deleted before but as a mod I used to approve them manually and those comments were up again.

Now, my mod account got suspended for 7 days (4 days ago) and the reason was "approving manipulated votes" - wait let me paste the message here -

I have tried every single thing you guys can imagine. I literally have over 5k+ Reddit accounts (even over 10 years old), but the comments are getting deleted with links and upvotes of course. I have yet to try commenting without upvotes. 1 thing is sure, it happening all at once.

I am still not convinced that this is the end though.

1 interesting observation in my subreddit - 1 guy posted a comment 8 hours ago (when I saw) then he sent 7-8 upvotes in that and left it. After 20-25 hours later, he sent some more upvotes and pasted his link. It's been 4 days and it's still up. BTW, it's a link to his website with of course amazon affiliates.

I am still finding a way around. Let's see.

Lol, you are wild. And I thought I had a lot up. They probably based the algo on your accounts lol

Welcome back to the club.
lol i created my own software (all you guys buying programs from programmers here or buying accounts from people are wasting your time its total crap and best to program your own software from scratch) I can do 6000 in a day and they all stuck too before this update. When you think your big there is someone 10 times bigger. Why do you think i was hte first person to notice this when everyone else was pretending like nothing was happening. For all i know reddit introduced this becaues of me lmao

That is wild. and the fact upvote shop did a runner (its totally down) proves that the upvotes are no longer viable business model

the algorithms are based on machine learning so yes probably using me or him or a few of us as "examples". so bottomline dont do what we did which was buy upvotes all the time

The use of reddit upvotes did not revolve around this one tactic. Many of us have subreddits and rank posts and other tactics that upvotes are still working on.

Upvote shop is showing for me. Just tested it.

that one poster said though he got his mod account banned for approving vote manipulation. so even owning your own subreddit could be an issue on that

What about the google redirect method, has anyone tried it yet? I am gonna have to wait until tomorrow so I can start spamming got a lot of my accounts banned today.

Too many variables. I have not seen this. I see automod get rid of really really spammy links. I bet if I manually approved those I would get warning. But people are posting affiliate-style links no problem on my subreddit on new posts. And I'm upvoting random stuff and not seeing it come up on the moderation side.

Seems everyone stopped commenting on here that originally started. I suspect they are all spamming reddit with google links lmao sheesh not even a kiss my ass for saving them financial ruin with that ingenious idea

Well I am here and I have done lots of tests, honestly, it's not that bad.

Yes, comment + Link + NO Upvote = Removed (Gotta find a solution for this issue and there is 100%, probs Re-direct or something else because people are adding links and they are fine).

2) I am 99.9% sure that comment (Without link), let the comment age for a week, then add Upvotes should work. Again, I am not 100% sure but there's high chance it will work because I sent upvotes to 5-7 days comments, it has been over 72h, they are still there...

no one has answered if all these commets that were removed over a 4 day span old comments were showing up in the spam queue on moderatuer queues? or were they totally absent and it was quietly removed without no one not even the mods of the subreddits knowing?
