Hi all,
I acknowledge the power of reddit and would really like to use it as a tool for branding and brand exposure.
As a frequent redditor, I understand the delicate situation between marketers and reddit.
So here's my question: Should I be honest to say who I am when creating a subreddit (ex. fidelityinvestments: this is the official channel)
or should I pretend to be a random user of my brand's product to create a subreddit.
Currently I'm more opt for being honest and maybe even create a AMA thread.
However, none of my business competitors has try something like this (be honest), so please help me out.
thank you!!!
Any suggestions will be great!
