I used to think posting at the "RIGHT TIME" was enough-until I realized Reddit’s algorithm goes way deeper. Now I pay attention to things like how fast comments roll in, how users interact within the first hour, and whether my post format matches the culture of each subreddit.

If you're just posting and hoping for upvotes, you might be missing the bigger game.

Do you believe timing still matters most, or have you found other tricks that work better for Reddit's evolving algorithm?

It's not just when you post, it's how you get those first 10 upvotes fast.
 
Always playing the long game on Reddit, you cant over do it with posting or you’ll get shadownbanned into oblivion - proper warming and proxy/fingerprint management is absolute key.

Early engagement and matching the vibe of the subreddit make a huge difference. I’ve also noticed that formatting and title style can really impact visibility. Reddit’s algorithm definitely rewards posts that feel native to the community.

  • Use ChatGPT to find patterns in title structure, timing, post type

The relevance of the content to the topic of the subreddit and the credibility of the account are the two main factors.

I have seen extremely nonsensical posts that were submitted from accounts with millions of karma => and they still received responses as if their content was very good.

Well, it's the same in real life.
 
I use chatgpt only for karam comments, Consistency is a top priority I usually get around 5-10% of comments that will be promoted to the top, the rest might get just a few upvotes and the remaining 5-10% will be downvoted :D.

That’s a great point-and I totally agree. Credibility and account history definitely play a bigger role than most people realize. It's almost like karma becomes social proof.

Totally agree! Timing is just one piece of the puzzle. Early engagement and matching the vibe of the subreddit are huge factors now. I’ve also noticed that asking the right kind of question or sparking a genuine convo gets way more traction than just dropping a link or opinion. Reddit’s definitely more about community than timing these days.
 
Facts. Timing helps, but Reddit’s algorithm is way more vibe-based now. Post format, early engagement, and how well it fits the sub's tone matter more. I’ve seen off-time posts blow up just 'cause they hit the right nerve.
 
Yes, timing matters a bit, but what really helps for me is getting quick comments fastly and making sure to post fits the subreddit. Reddit works best when your post is real and natural.
