I am just a recreational Instagram user. No money involved.
At this point I have tried:
iMacros scripts (Mass likes/comment, AddMeFast, SocialMediaExplode)
Instaget (Free)

What is the most effective way of getting followers and likes without having to pay for it?
Any free bots that don't get you banned easily?

Much help would be appreciated, sorry for adding to the Instagram spam on the social networking threads.

You could hire someone to code a bot because there are no good free ones. I suggest you try and search the forum for some free bots and when you come up with just a bunch of threads from people like you with a very low post count only on here to ask about a free instagram bot then post something in the Hire a Freelancer section or message me

I have a working bot that got me 105k real followers in just a few weeks. I get 7k likes on average and about 50-100 comments. I can get to the pop page sometimes. I can also tell you how to get about 15k likes for free every day. Kik: pureinspiration or message me
