Recreate exe program to run on Linux server

I have a .exe program that I want recreated to be able to run on my linux server. (website page)

I did not create the original .exe program, so it needs to be cracked to learn the source code and retrieve the data.
And then recreated to be unique and refreshed looking.

You're going to have to give examples. What you're asking for doesn't really make sense.

Are you trying to recreate the Vagex viewer or something?

I have a desktop exe program, I want to freshen it up (visually), and add it to my Linux server to be ran on my website.

How to get it to that point is past me. I need some that can get into this program and basically use the code that's there and recreate it pretty much.

You cant actually use the code thats there already. Why not tell us what the exe does, so that it can be recreated i.e written again from scratch to work in a linux server, in php?

Thats the best bet.
