I got a security trigger on my personal Instagram requesting a selfie verification, holding a piece of paper with a code, the username and my full name.
After submitting it I received an email saying they couldn't verify it and that the account has been permanently disabled.
I tried filling all the help center forms and I always get the following message:
"
You can't request a review
The decision to disable your account can't be reviewed. This is either because we've already reviewed it and decided that it can't be reversed, or because more than 30 days have passed since your account was disabled.
"
Looking for someone who is able to bypass this and get the account reactivated.
Edit: after Trust WorkShop's comment - I figured it would be a good idea to post some screenshots of the email I received after submitting the selfie and the message I get when logging in.
