If you create your fb account by phone number and after creating it if you include a email then it's very easy to recover.
And if you didn't link any email then try to get code by phone. Once you select the option get otp by phone then you will see the last 2 digit of your phone number.
go to sim customer care and recover the sim card at first then recover your fb account.

You can click on forgot facebook password to have them send you the code (if you already have an email to register your account) then you can change your password.

i think if you have forgotten both your phone number and password to log in, only one way is using email to verify. If not I think it is quite difficult

Get another account, go to the personal page of the account you forgot. Then you get the UID of the old account, log in in the new browser with the UID and click forget password. Then fb will show the phone number you registered fb

If you still have access to the email, you might still have a chance. You'll want to get in touch with the support team if (and I'm assuming this is the case) resetting your password doesn't cut it. If all else and if applicable, consider getting a new account, aged accounts preferred usually.

you can recover it by using your email linled to that account, if not i think it's better to contact FB support and follow their intructions

I don't think you can get it back. FB support can take you weeks of waiting. And when you're in 1st step of recovering, it will ask your approval from old devices.
